We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging (especially important for fragile items like garden benches or accent tables)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for:
- All seeds (flower seeds, fruit seeds, herb seeds) for hygiene and viability reasons
- Opened compost accessories or used composting products
- Custom-made furniture covers or special order items
- Items marked as “final sale”

2. Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Prepaid return label option (with fee deducted from refund)
- Alternative self-arranged return instructions
3. Package and Ship Your Return
For items like furniture covers or cushions:
- Fold neatly and place in original packaging
- Include all original tags
For larger items like garden benches or dining sets:
- Disassemble if possible (keep all hardware)
- Protect corners and surfaces
- Use original packaging materials
4. Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (DHL/FedEx or EMS for free shipping)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.
