We offer two convenient shipping options for our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Ideal for garden benches, compost bins, and other outdoor essentials
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for smaller items like flower seeds or cushions

International Customers Note: You may be responsible for customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our landscaping tools, outdoor furniture, and garden solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • All seeds (flower seeds, fruit seeds, herb seeds) for hygiene and viability reasons
  • Opened compost accessories or used composting products
  • Custom-made furniture covers or special order items
  • Items marked “final sale”

To qualify for return/exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging required (especially for fragile items like accent tables)
  • Include original receipt/proof of purchase

2. Receive Return Instructions
